Medieval city walls [ Walls or fortification wall ]
The preserved walls date from the years 1288 - 1335, are 13 m high, 126 cm wide, and have crenellations and wooden walkways.
The inner wall was built of brick, and had 50 towers.
A double system of water-filled moats protected the walls further.
